By signing up for our subscription services, you can rest assured that your products are on their way! It’s easy to sign up, change or cancel your order, and customize the frequency and/or selections straight from your Josh Rosebrook account.
What is Subscription?
Subscription is the easiest way for you to get the products you want delivered to you on a regular schedule. We automatically send your favorite products based upon your chosen frequency (every 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6) months. The service is convenient to use and customizable so that you can make changes online whenever you need. You will receive 10% off all subscription purchases!
You have complete control over your Subscription orders, and you will receive an email reminder before each order is shipped. You can change your delivery frequency, order date, or quantity anytime by logging into your account. Changes to orders can be made before the next scheduled shipment date and you can cancel at any time.
Included in your personal dashboard:
- Pause and resume your subscriptions
- Change your next order date
- Cancel your subscriptions
- Change your order frequency
- Create an additional order and choose to automatically move the next scheduled order date.
How do I subscribe?
Signing up for subscription is easy and can be done while browsing on a product page. To start, simply select the ‘Subscribe and Save’ option on the product page, select your preferred shipment frequency (every 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6) months, and then check out as normal.
Note: In order to make changes to your subscription settings, you will need to create an account.
What will happen after I sign up to Subscribe?
After you Subscribe, you will receive an email confirming your subscription. We will place your Subscription orders automatically according to your selected frequency, and you will only be billed on the day the order is shipped. We will send you an email reminder before each subscription order. You will also receive email notifications regarding other important information related to your Subscription account, such as if your item is discontinued or out of stock, if you cancel a subscription item, if there is a problem with your method of payment and confirmation when an order is placed successfully.
How do I make changes to my Subscription order?
Once you’ve signed up to subscribe, your account is easy to manage. You can change your next order date, skip an order, change your selected frequency, or cancel a subscribed product by logging into your account. You must have an account in order to make changes to your subscription settings. Please allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.
What types of payment are accepted for Subscription?
All subscription orders require a credit or debit card payment. Alternative payment forms, such as PayPal, cannot be accepted at this time. Gift cards cannot be used to start your subscription as we need to capture your payment information.
Gratitude Rewards cannot be applied to recurring subscription orders.
Subscription Terms
Subscription items will ship automatically until you cancel. By placing this order, you are authorizing us to charge your card for future orders at the frequency and quantity you selected.
