SHIPPING:
We ship with love and pride from our warehouse in Southern California! We fulfill orders Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Pacific Time. The warehouse is closed on weekends and bank holidays.
Free Shipping within the USA is available to anyone who creates a Gratitude Rewards customer loyalty account. It only requires an email and password to register!

Standard 2-7 business days within the continental USA. Express overnight and air shipping within the continental USA is available at additional cost. These shipping charges are non-refundable.
We do ship internationally using carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL. We subsidize most of our international shipping rates for the benefit of our customers around the world. Rates will vary depending on Loyalty Tier.
A note for our international customers: International shipping can sometimes incur additional costs, i.e., taxes, duties and brokerage fees levied by the carrier. These charges can vary and are not easily calculated at time of sale. Customers should be prepared to pay these fees at time of delivery. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
RETURN POLICY:
We hope you are 100% satisfied with your order. Should you wish to return a product that you ordered directly from joshrosebrook.com, you may send it back to us within 14 days of receiving it. To proceed, click here . Please note: samples are not eligible for return or exchange.
REFUND POLICY:
The refund payment will be processed upon our receipt of the product, provided it is sent within the 14-day return window. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. Express air and overnight shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
