How do I join the Gratitude Rewards?
Joining the Gratitude Rewards program is easy! You can sign up here to create your account and start earning great rewards.
How do I earn points?
You’ll earn points just for creating an account! After that, you can also earn points with every purchase, signing up for our newsletter, SMS and more. To see all the ways you can earn points, click the “Ways to Earn” tab in the menu. Please note that any discount code, promotional value, shipping, or taxes will not be contributed to your point earnings.
How do I redeem my points?
You can redeem points at checkout. Each 100 points = $5 off. You must be logged into your account to redeem points. Only one coupon is redeemable and up to $25 on all purchases.
Where did my points go?
If you used your Gratitude Rewards at checkout and also tried to use a discount code, your points will be turned into a redeemable coupon on your account page. Click the reward coupon to use at checkout. Note, you will not be able to stack discount codes and Gratitude Rewards at checkout.
How do I get my birthday gift?
To be eligible for your 200 birthday points, sign up for Gratitude Rewards and enter your birthday information. You must be a part of the program for a minimum of 30 days before receiving your Birthday gift. You will get an email on your birthday with your 200 points.
How long does it take for points to appear in my account?
After you make a purchase, your points will reflect in your account once your order has been fulfilled and payment fully processed.
Do my points expire?
Your points will expire if there is no account activity in 12 calendar months.
What happens to my points when I return items?
All points earned from each returned item will be respectively deducted from your account when the return is processed by our team. Depending on your points balance, your account is subject to a negative balance after the return is processed.
What happens to my points if my order is canceled or if an item(s) is removed?
If your order has been canceled, you will not be charged, and you will not receive any points. Similarly, if an item is canceled from your order, you will not be charged, and you will not receive points for that item.
Is there a limit on how many points I can earn?
There is no limit to the number of points you can earn. However, the maximum number of points you can redeem on any single order is 500 points, which is equivalent to $25.
