Account Manager/Sales Coordinator

Location: Headquarters, Palm Desert, CA
Immediate opening for Account Manager/Sales Coordinator position in Palm Desert. Key objectives include onboarding new accounts, servicing existing customers and helping to grow our wholesale (B2B) business. This full time (40 hours/week, 730am - 4pm, M-F) position reports to the General Manager. This is an on-site position in Palm Desert with no possibility of remote, hybrid or work-from-home.
This person will be the main point of contact for assigned customers and will work with the fulfillment team to ensure fast and accurate order processing. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to think on their feet. Success in this position means onboarding, developing and maintaining strong relationships with accounts, and making sure clients receive their orders in a timely manner.
The ability to learn new software, systems and processes while maintaining a positive attitude is a must. This position will use Google Workspace, Shopify and Excel daily, experience in those platforms would be helpful.
